  • Ambition
We look to broaden horizons. Our students are introduced to the wider world and a whole range of different experiences. They are given a window through which to envisage future opportunities.
  • Pace & Challenge
This is at the heart of everything we do at Sydney Russell. Our learners ask questions, make connections and explore possibilities. We strive to challenge and maximise the potential of every individual child.
  • Listening
Listening is a skill. Our students are encouraged to listen closely to what others are really saying and contribute to their learning.
  • Questioning
At Sydney Russell you are encouraged to ask questions of yourself and others. We want our students to explore below the surface of things.
  • Engagement
Rapt and attentive. We foster curiosity and delight in our students being lost in their learning
  • Resilience
Students are given demanding targets, which they understand and push themselves hard to achieve or exceed them.
